Thoughts installation

Must be published a sort of schema for new Thoughts which may be loaded into the system, describing the Thought itself (an XML file) and potential dependencies on extra-functionalities from SubConsciousDaemon and extra-widget to be required in layout.

Widgets can be shipped together the Thought package, while servers to hook in SubConsciousDaemon must be handled separately so not to mix too many stuffs and enforce reuse of components.
